How does sizing work with sample gowns?
At this time, we do not have a plus size selection of gowns with us. Our sample gowns range from a bridal size 10-14. Please call or email for more information.

What should I expect?
Village Bridal is an appointment-only bridal boutique. The bride and her party will have their own oversized leaning mirror and sitting area. They will also have a bridal stylist assist them throughout the whole appointment. The bride and her consultant will select an initial grouping of dresses, and as the bride tries on gowns, the consultant will pull more gowns based on what the bride is gravitating towards.

When should I begin dress shopping?
Like most bridal boutiques, we recommend that you start shopping for your wedding dress at least eight to ten months before your wedding day, as it can take up to six months for your dress to arrive. This way you will have time for fittings and accessorizing. There are rush options for weddings on a time crunch, but fees do apply.

How long will my appointment be?
Each bride’s initial appointment will last an hour and thirty minutes.If the bride wishes to make a second appointment, that appointment will last an hour.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
It is helpful to bring undergarments similar to what you would wear on your wedding day such as strapless bras and spanks. Please be mindful to avoid self-tanning lotions or heavy makeup as you get ready for your appointment, as our samples will one day be sold as a sample sale gown.
Do you offer alterations?
We don't have an in-house seamstress at this time, but we do have a talented and experienced seamstress team we highly recommend! Call or email us for more information.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, since we are open by appointment only, we would greatly appreciate if you give at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
How large can my appointment party be?
We suggest your party be six or fewer with an exception for after-hour private appointments. This way, the bride will be able to listen to herself, as well as a few opinions that will be valued. Plus, space is limited in our charming boutique so this will make it a more spacious area for you and your party.
